RTÉ's Teresa Mannion was undoubtedly the star of Storm Desmond over the weekend with her apocalyptic reporting from Galway but what many didn't see was happened when the powers that be cut away from the dramatic warnings.
Perhaps she wasn't over-reacting to the weather at all. OMG! OMG!
