Daniel O'Donnell's Opinion On Tea Will Change Your Outlook On Life Itself

Daniel O'Donnell's Opinion On Tea Will Change Your Outlook On Life Itself

After months of searching, we finally got our answer.

It's institutionalised in Irish life; a steaming mug of 'cha' after a day's suffering in the workplace, to add to the six cups you already floored back during said suffering.

Hungover tea. Tea when you're sad or emotional. Tea when you feel like you've got the world on a string.

Tea.

But what makes the perfect cup of tea? We decided there was only one man we could ask; a man so similarly synonymous with Irish culture that surely it would be 'rude not to' coax him into weighing in on a debate for the ages.

Is a spoon of sugar really for wimps? Where does that leave a dash of milk? And what about Barrys or Lyons?

It was time for answers.

In case you missed then, Daniel's response was:

I don't drink tea.

Will anything ever truly be the same?

No.

But you can watch Daniel O'Donnell's six-episode gallivant through Ireland with his brilliant wife Majella on UTV Ireland, when Daniel and Majella’s B&B Roadtrip hits screens next October. We're talking GoPros in the car, countryside adventures and maybe even the odd duet.

It should be gas craic. Even if Daniel is only drinking hot water.
