There's a Star Wars film coming out soon ... Yea I hadn't heard anything about it until now either.
But yes, the Irish premiere of the "long-awaited blockbuster" (that probably the most cliched phrase I've ever written) takes place tomorrow evening at the Savoy Cinema and to the celebrate it they are turning the Spire into a light saber.
Ye heard me! A giant mouthafuckin' light saber. At last, The Force Awakens has given the Spire another use other than being that place you tell someone you'll meet them at.
