Saoirse Ronan Explains To Ellen Why The Meaning Of Her Name Is So Important In Ireland

Carlow actress Saoirse Ronan joined US talk-show host Ellen DeGeneres to explain the origins of her name and her reaction to Dennis Quaid's butchering of it, and why she didn't answer her phone when she was nominated for a Golden Globe.

The ceremony for the Globes takes place this Sunday.
