It's been quite a month for the LGBTQ community in America after the Supreme Court ruling legalized same-sex marriage across the country.
That doesn't mean that some people aren't afraid of the social backlash of coming out, as illustrated by this highly emotional post by HONY (The Humans Of New York) on their facebook page:
"I'm homosexual and I'm afraid about what my future will be and that people won't like me."

One comment underneath the photo has been getting a lot of attention for two reasons: first, it's a brilliantly inspirational message, and second it's from a US Presidential candidate and former First Lady Hilary Clinton:
It reads:
Prediction from a grown-up: Your future is going to be amazing. You will surprise yourself with what you're capable of and the incredible things you go on to do. Find the people who love and believe in you - there will be lots of them. –H
The "-H" suggests it was written by Hilary herself, and not an aide, but that's quite a message for the young boy.
